Program Details

Take advantage of an affordable way to stay for a month at a time. Monthly rates include water, sewer, cable and WiFi and full access to all resort amenities.

• Single ownership RVs only
• Minimum stay is one (1) month
• Approved applicants are the only occupants

Program Rates

• 30/50 amp site: $850.00 per month plus metered electric
• $500.00 refundable deposit for electric and/or damages
• Application and background check required for each applicant 18 years and older ($28.00 background check fee per person)
• Recreational vehicles over 10 years old require photo submission for Manager’s approval
